We are always eager to support our customers as they take on new challenges.
Using our in-house developed equipment, T-dies, feed blocks, and screws, our experienced staff and design members will work together to assist with test evaluations, from identifying issues to sample evaluations.
A variety of auxiliary equipment is also provided to create an ideal testing environment.
We continue to meet a wide variety of needs.

We have the equipment, T-dies, and tube dies available to test extrude a wide variety of resins and shapes.

<Case 1> Testing whether resins with significantly different melting temperatures and Admer can be discharged and bonded using a multi-manifold die

Due to customer needs, we received a request to try multi-layering resins with significantly different melting temperatures.
With resins of different temperatures, the layer ratio was able to remain within the target range to some extent at the beginning of extrusion.
After a long time, materials with low melting points hydrolyze at a certain temperature. However, we were able to obtain data on the critical point. We have also been continuing development over the long term, in repeated discussions with our customers, on how to solve such problems.
<Case 2> I want to verify whether the filler is filled to the limit (e.g. resin:filler ratio 2:8 or more) and the extrusion will take shape.

The client wanted to sample a sheet-like material that had special properties by incorporating a large amount of filler into the resin, so we used our company's equipment to conduct an extrusion test.
Because it was a special filler,
⚫︎Adhesion can occur on the inner wall of the extruder cylinder and on the die flow passages. ⚫︎If the filler and resin are not mixed evenly, there will be areas with a lot of filler, causing the extruder to become clogged. ⚫︎Because it is a high-temperature resin, the physical properties of the filler can change at a certain temperature.
Through trial and error, we tackled various challenges
1. Manufacturing of jigs and tools and modification of dies (creating dies specifically for customers)
2. Consideration and creation of screw and neck shapes
3. Consideration and measures for mold surface treatment
We work closely with our customers to assist them in their research and development.
Benefits of Testing with Axmolding
1. As we are an equipment and mold manufacturer, we can produce jigs and test dies in-house, shortening the time until testing.
2. We can flexibly respond to test trials using special ingredients or under extremely difficult conditions.
3. Die necks for test trials can also be created using 3D printers. Tests of complex flow path shapes and ultra-multilayer structures can be done relatively inexpensively.
4. Our experienced staff will idle the equipment until the customer arrives, allowing for immediate discharge testing upon arrival (allowing the customer to use their valuable time for research and development).
5. Remote testing is also available (you can be present during the test via video connection, etc.)
We have a wide variety of equipment, jigs, tools, and dies. Please feel free to contact us!
