既設・中古リユース

既設押出機や中古ロール成形機を組み合せます

従来の単層フィルム装置に押出機やフィードブロック、Tダイを追加して、多層フィルム装置の改造や、余っている押出機に新品のTダイとキャストロール装置を取り付ける、電装品を一新して最新式に変えるなど、既設の機械を有効活用することも可能です。Tダイだけでなく、押出機やロールを作っている実績と、電気制御が在籍する強みによることが、複雑な改造を実現しております。また中古機を運用して、既存とは違った新しい構造のラインの設計製作も行います。余っている機械もお引取り致します。

There is the cut method of the pellet three kinds or more, and our company copes with every cutting method.

The Hot-cut method cuts the hot resin which went out of the dice at a moment and pelletizes it by an air-cooling without quenching it.

The Strand method cools the resin which appeared into a circle stick form with a water tank and cuts it with the pelletizer with the cutter finely.

The Water ring method cuts the hot resin which appeared from the dice like a Hot-cut method at a moment, but we drop a pellet in a drum and quench it by turning water in a drum and exhaust with water.

SCREEN CHANGER

The screen changer filters alien substances such as a metal, inorganic matter grain, carbide, deterioration thing of non-molten resin, gel, and prevents a falloff in quality of the products.
