​

  There is the cut method of the pellet three kinds or more, and our company copes with every cutting method.

  The Hot-cut method cuts the hot resin which went out of the dice at a moment and pelletizes it by an air-cooling without quenching it.

  The Strand method cools the resin which appeared into a circle stick form with a water tank and cuts it with the pelletizer with the cutter finely.

  The Water ring method cuts the hot resin which appeared from the dice like a Hot-cut method at a moment, but we drop a pellet in a drum and quench it by turning water in a drum and exhaust with water.
